OPA Europe pubblica i risultati dello studio sulla "Media Consumption" nel luogo di lavoro condotto in cinque paesi europei

"Internet è il mezzo migliore per raggiungere i consumatori durante la giornata lavorativa"

Parigi 24 Settembre 2004. L’Associazione degli Editori on Line europei ha annunciato oggi i risultati del suo studio sul consumo dei media nei luoghi di lavoro (“At Work audience”). Lo studio è stato condotto in cinque paesi - Francia, Germania, Italia, Regno Unito e Spagna - e pone a confronto il consumo di diversi mezzi sul luogo di lavoro: internet, televisione, radio, giornali e periodici.

Lo studio ha confermato che le ore centrali della giornata sono il “prime time” di Internet. Queste risultanze rafforzano la tendenza sempre più accentuata a vedere nella rete internet il mezzo ideale per contattare in quella fascia oraria un pubblico istruito e affluente.

L’OPA Europe publie les résultats de son étude relative à la consommation médiatique sur le lieu de travail dans 5 pays européens

Internet : le moyen idéal pour démarcher les consommateurs pendant la journée

Paris, le 24 septembre 2004 - L’Online Publishers Association Europe a communiqué aujourd’hui les résultats de son étude relative à la consommation médiatique sur le lieu de travail* en Allemagne, en France, en Espagne, en Italie et au Royaume-Uni. Cette étude compare l’utilisation d’Internet, de la télévision, de la radio, des journaux et des magazines durant la journée. L’étude confirme que ces utilisateurs utilisent principalement l’Internet pendant la journée.

OPA Europe Publishes Results Of "At Work" Media Consumption Study for 5 European Countries

The Internet is the best way to reach consumers during the day.

Paris, 24 September, 2004. The Online Publishers Association Europe announced today the results of its study of media consumption amongst the At Work audience*. The study covers users in Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the UK and compares daytime consumption of the Internet, television, radio, newspapers and magazines.

OPA Europe makes changes to its Management team

Alexander v. Reibnitz transitions the business to Amy Porter

Paris/Berlin, August 31st, 2004. OPA Europe, Europe’s leading association of online publishers, announces a change in its management team after more than one year of intense start-up activity. Executive Director Alexander v. Reibnitz launched the OPA Europe in July 2003 and under his direction, new members have been added and several major research projects have been completed. Now, with plans to expand membership further across Europe and to intensify its research activities, OPA Europe will transition the responsibility of managing the organisation to Amy Porter as of September 1st, 2004.

Online Publishing is a successful business

65% of all major online publishers reach profitability in 2004 - OPA Europe releases study « Online Publishing in Europe »

Berlin, July 19th, 2004. Since more than 190 Mio. Europeans use the internet today, online advertising as well as paid content continue to prosper throughout Europe. However, most online publishers focus on their national markets and are not very familiar with other European markets. This lack of knowledge prevents successful business models from spreading among online publishers in Europe. Therefore, OPA Europe in cooperation with the VDZ (German Magazine Publishers Association), MECN (Media & Entertainment Consulting Network) and Kontakter (Media Magazine) decided to conduct the study « Online Publishing in Europe ».
