This report focuses on the strategies and tactics premium publishers are implementing to address the challenges and opportunities in the digital video and audio/voice marketplaces. Issues examined include audiovisual content produced, effectiveness metrics used for performance appraisal, resources deployed, marketing and distribution policies as well as monetization practices. The report's principal sources include primarily input from OPA Europe members at the 2018 meeting in Lisbon (either in the form of presentations or points raised in internal discussions), as well as material collected from selected external sources such as trade Press and specialist newsletters/blogs.
The 25 page report includes an appendix of slides from the company presentations shared at the October 2018 OPA Europe best practice meeting in Lisbon.
