This report focuses on the strategies and tactics premium publishers are implementing in the area of Product, especially in the technology deployed and the innovations that are put in place.
Issues examined include the impact of AI, both internal (in terms of operations and human resources) and external (in terms of offerings and overall experience), as well as broader topics related to the evolution of publishing organizations.
The report's principal sources include primarily input from OPA Europe members (either in the form of presentations or points raised in internal discussions), as well as material collected from selected external sources such as trade Press and specialist newsletters/blogs.
The 31-page report includes an appendix of slides from the company presentations shared at the OPA Europe best practices meeting on Product Tech & Innovation held in Lisbon in June 2025.
