OPA Europe members will be meeting in Lisbon on October 16-17 to discuss “Product Tech & Innovation.”
Through member presentations and debates, this meeting will explore how publishers are integrating AI across product design, editorial, personalization, engagement, and advertising, as well as the balance between building and buying new technologies. Discussions will cover UX and design innovations that drive conversion and loyalty, approaches to prioritizing and measuring projects on the digital roadmap, effective team structures and collaboration models, and an overview of core tech infrastructure—including first-party data, CMS, and Adtech systems.
